Conference Hotel — Doubletree, Berkeley Marina

Join us at this beautiful conference venue on the San Francisco Bay at the Berkeley Marina! Rooms are available July 19 through July 25 at the special conference rate of $110 per night if you book by June 18.

Follow these instructions to book your room online. If you have any problems obtaining the conference rate online, call the Doubletree Central Reservations at 1-800-222-TREE, or contact the hotel directly at 1-800-243-0625, or at 510-548-7920. Be sure that you ask for the AstroCon rate. If you plan to stay before or after July 19 - July 25, make the reservations by phone, not online.

1. Follow this link to the Berkeley Marina Doubletree web site.
2. Click on "Book a Room"
3. Choose your dates, number of rooms, and number of guests. Enter "ATC" in the "Group/Convention Code" box. Click "next"
4. Check the box of the room type you desire. Click "next"
5. Fill out your information (Don't forget your Hilton HHonors number!) and click "Book Now"
